Here Comes Rory Healy!

Causeacon 2018 is excited to welcome actor Rory Healy to our convention this year!

 Rory Healy is a trained actor who began his career performing in plays as diverse as Chekov, Greek theatre, and Woody Allen.  After moving to Atlanta in 1988, he wound up playing guitar with the band “Question of Balance”, touring throughout the Southeast. Another band gig followed that and he then switched back to his first love of acting.
    He performed some stints of stand up and hosted a co-produced venture with People TV. He was involved in 2 1/2 seasons of “The Notorious MIC” TV series in Atlanta that showcased local talent.
    Rory’s next step in his career found him fortunate enough to be part of many large blockbusters. He was in the last 3 “Hunger Games” films playing 3 different roles. He portrayed a psycho in the premiere episode  of “Constantine”, He appeared in episodes The Walking Dead across multiple seasons. He was featured in Marvel’s “Ant-Man”, Captain America- Civil War and more recently as a Ravager in Guardians if the Galaxy 2. Some of his other projects include Stranger Things, Stephen King’s “Cell”, Dolly Parton’s “Coat of Many Colors” and it’s sequel, “Sleepy Hollow”, “The Originals” and “The Vampire Diaries
    One of his favorite, as well as one of his most well known roles, was playing The Vampire in “Goosebumps: The Movie”. The role led him to San Diego ComiCon as part of a 2014 special event.
   Rory enjoys his life on the road appearing at conventions and meeting all the nice folks he encounters across the country.

Rory Healy is apart of our VIP Gold Pass which means if you have a VIP Gold Pass you can have a private meet-and-greet with Rory at the convention. He will also be hosting a few panels throughout the weekend and will have a booth set up near the guest meet-and-greet.
